1. Please complete the form. Note that all fields are required for a valid submission.
   
   
2. You will be required to attach a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase in a GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF file to your claim. The file should not be larger than 4MB. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, please upload an image of your bank statement and product serial number.
   
   
3. Our team will reply via email to the address provided within two business days upon receipt of your claim submission. Please make sure your junk email filters are not blocking emails from the stellarhair.com domain.
   
   
4. Do not dispose of the product before the completion of the entire warranty process.
