File a Warranty Claim
The below only applies to consumers in Australia and New Zealand.
Instructions
- Please complete the form. Note that all fields are required for a valid submission
- You will be required to attach a receipt or invoice as proof of purchase in a GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF file to your claim. The file should not be larger than 4MB. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, please upload an image of your bank statement and product serial number.
- After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation. The claim status will be sent to the email address you provided. Please make sure your junk email filters are not blocking emails from the stellarhair.com domain.
- Our team will reply via email to the address provided within two business days upon receipt of your claim submission.
- Do not dispose of the product before the completion of the entire warranty process.
